From what we've played so far, Battlefield 6 improves upon its predecessor in every way. Looking ahead, it's clear that the major Battlefield 6 Season One update will add new weapons at a regular pace. There's plenty on the docket to keep players busy well into the new year.

EA has announced the following patch for Battlefield 6. It arrived on October 28, 2025, following the release of Season One. Here's what was added in Version 1.1.1.0:

  • Significant visibility and lighting improvements
  • Audio overhaul
  • UI/HUD updates
  • Map fixes across modes

Update 1.0.1.6 focused on backend stability. As such, there aren't really any specifics here. On October 15, 2025, a hotfix was pushed live in Battlefield 6, fixing an issue where bullets weren't registering damage correctly, due to specific attachment combinations. According to the X post below, the team is also working on additional backend changes, aimed at improving community experiences and more player-filled servers:

On October 17, 2025, the Battlefield Comms X account posted regarding recent changes to the ticket counts for Conquest mode:

After post-launch changes reduced the ticket count, it seems that a new patch will reverse the change, bringing the launch value of 1000, and 45-minute timed rounds back. This should increase match duration.
