Is there a Dyson Black Friday sale?
Like many tech retailers, Dyson runs a Black Friday sale every year in the run up to Black Friday. This year, Black Friday falls on November 28th, and the brand's sale has already begun. We've already seen up to £200 off selected vacuums and bundles, and we're expecting additional deals to appear the closer we get to the main event.
Deals also tend to carry on through to Cyber Monday (which will fall on December 2nd this year) and in to the Christmas holidays. We'll keep a close eye on the latest discounts to so you can find all the best ways to save on your orders.
Is there a Dyson student discount?
Yes! By heading to the Dyson StudentBeans page, you can get 5% off floor care and air treatment, as well as 20% off the Dyson outlet. There's also a 15% Dyson discount on refurbished homecare and haircare through UniDays.
What is Dyson Renewed?
This Dyson's refurbished product programme. You can get discounted prices on machines that may have small scrapes and grazes, but have been expertly renewed for performance. It features air treatment product, hair care and vacuums and offers a 1-year warrantee, free standard delivery, a money-back guarantee and pay monthly options.
Can I get Dyson free delivery?
You can. Dyson offers free click & collect, free next-day delivery between 7:30am and 7:30pm, and free weekend delivery between 8am and 6pm. A charge of £3 applies for delivery of accessories and spare parts. Dyson has a dedicated delivery information page.
What is the Dyson Money-Back Guarantee?
If you don't love with your machine, you have 35 days to return it to Dyson, with free pick-up to save you any return shipping fees. Heaters, fans and purifiers have a slightly shorter return period, with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
How many years should a Dyson last?
Dyson products are generally considered to have a lifespan of about 10 years. This varies depending on how often you use the product, the type of product, and even a little luck, but for the most part, Dyson items are considered to be very reliable and long-lasting.
What if I have a problem with my Dyson product?

How do I check my Dyson warranty?
It's possible to check the warranty status on all your Dyson products by accessing My Dyson and signing up for an account to register your product. As standard, cordless vacuums, fans and heaters, purifiers and humidifiers, and hair products all have a two-year warranty. Corded vacuums, lights and hand dryers have a five-year warranty.
Does Dyson replace batteries for free?
Yes, if the battery expires before the warranty period ends. Battery replacements are free and covered by the warranty with the company only using official and genuine parts. If the battery fails outside of the warranty period, you will need to pay for the item to be replaced yourself, except in exceptional circumstances.

Dyson claims to check its pricing daily, but if you see a Dyson product you've already bought selling for less at Argos, Currys, or John Lewis, let the Dyson team know within 7 days of your order and they'll refund you the difference in price. You can do this either via WhatsApp or through the Dyson customer services team.
